Can I contact you after hours?
Yes. We provide an emergency contact for urgent issues outside of regular business hours. All non-urgent matters will be addressed during normal office hours. -
Can rental income be deposited directly into my bank account?
Absolutely. We offer direct deposit to ensure secure and timely disbursement of your rental income. -
Will I see or sign the lease?
You are welcome to review the lease agreement before it is signed. As your property manager, we typically handle the lease execution unless you prefer to sign directly. -

Yes, Music City Realty provides full real estate sales services in addition to property management. Buyers, sellers, and investors rely on us for expert guidance, strong negotiation, and a data-driven strategy that protects their money at every step. -
When and how do I receive my rental income?
Owner disbursements are processed after rent is collected and any expenses are reconciled. Payments are typically made via direct deposit. -
How do you collect rent?
We offer convenient rent payment options including online payments. Late fees and notices are handled according to the lease terms to encourage timely payments. -
What is the standard lease term?
Most leases are for 12 months, but we can adjust lease terms based on your preferences and local market conditions. -
How is the security deposit determined?
Security deposits typically equal one month’s rent, though the exact amount may vary based on tenant qualifications and legal guidelines. -
When can you start managing my property?
We can begin management as soon as the management agreement is signed and the property is ready for marketing or tenant placement. -
What types of properties do you manage?
We manage single-family homes, multi-family properties, condos, and some commercial units throughout Middle Tennessee. -
How often do I receive reports?
Owners receive monthly financial statements through our Owner Portal, including rent income, expenses, and maintenance updates. Custom reports are available upon request. -
Who holds the tenant’s security deposit?
Security deposits are held in a separate, compliant escrow account in accordance with local and state regulations.
